所获奖项： 1980年第十六届芝加哥国际电影金奖 第一届英联邦电影电视银奖 《岁月河山》摄于1980年，是一小时的戏剧史诗式节目，亦开创历史剧的先河。故事背景是1900年清末至四十年代的香港，尤其是新界居民的生活。题材包括清末乡村的械斗、民初封建礼教的男女关系、因生活不景而被卖猪仔飘洋过海的悲惨生活、乡间童养媳的苦况及乡村私塾老师在日战期间的气节。
